Someone once told me..

These things called goals often seem so far fetched and truly far from reach. Like you and your goal are from two different planets, staring at each other like stranger things. I guess this alien to alien feel is the right place to start because someone once told me, "if your dream doesn't scare you, then it's not worth chasing after all." 

Envisioning the end goal come alive, looks so beautiful, but the means!, buddy oh buddy! Looks like it's only mission is to brutally strip your heart out of your body and leave you lifeless. It now makes more sense than ever why someone once told me, "it has to get ugly before it gets great."

My one engorged pack belly self is now staring at the six pack toned belly dream self in the next planet and that's the start of my relay. Like a leech, I will glue myself to the little things that keep up the drive. The scented herbal teas, the pump music lyrics, the blender smoothie magic, fitness enthusiast Instagram videos, am coming for you! Because someone once told me, "if you look for something hard enough, you are bound to find it."
