Lasting blueprint..

Once is a try out, you stick your head out of the sand, trying to see what it actually feels like. Twice is a confirmatory test. Thrice, you officially have a habit. Anything more than that, you are onto a lifestyle.

My own body is testifying to the fact that we are creatures of habit and our brains imprint onto a routine, if done long enough which is really same difference as our everyday machines, doing exactly as they are programmed to, unless stopped. 

A one day weekly detox, has been a part of my routine for a good section of my lifetime thus far, coming with rejuvenation blessings for me, almost giving me a feeling of reincarnation or a rebirth, yeah!, it's been that good! 
Now!, for the challenging part! Long after the beloved detox is done, as far as into the next day, the mind still keeps waving a red flag when I reach out to anything aside drinking water. At that point, the detox program is lingering on and it's almost as if I need to keep pinching myself out of that world to return to the world of nourishing and refilling the body's granary.

At this rate, all I can say is, be careful what you task your mind to take on, breaking the cycle might become a whole other mountain for you to climb.
