The Lioness roar..

"Beware of a woman that has rebuilt  herself," they said. Once she came out of that dark hole where she had been stripped off of nearly all her childhood glory, she realised she was the one!, a special human! 

The light beaming from her eyes showed you, she now woke up every morning with a purpose to her life. Her food choices showed you she now knew what space she wanted her body to dwell in. Her cheer showed you she now knew better than to rub just a weight problem but to deal more with what lay in her heart.

Her food and workout confesssions showed you she was no longer paranoid to make a mistake but rather acknowledged she is only human and moving forward from it was the only option. 

Her body tone, poise and elegance showed you a lioness was now roaring, as she had for a long time buried so much of her uniqueness that the world needed. Watch out world, she is finally here!
