Logic Vs Understanding...

I know my love for thee watermelon is starting to sound a bit over the roof but what to do?! It's certainly not my fault that fortunately, I found a love in nature, that does all sorts of awesome things to my tastebuds. Anyway, as I was prepping and  cutting the watermelon to make juice, something unfamiliar but feeling like second nature to me, happened. I was dicing it at a horrendous speed with each watermelon cube that just felt the slaughter of the knife turning out almost perfectly same shape and size as the next cube.  At this time, I was feeling like I had arrived in life, at a place where I was ready for my own cooking TV show.

I was now learning about the magic of being around something you love, how this love would propel you to understand that thing more, find hacks on how to deal with it and make every other experience with it easier, better and even more fun. I believe it's a similar stand in every other aspect of our lives, for instance family, marriage, business, relationships, parenting, talent and life itself. So, giving up too soon on something dear to me is not an option. Not until I have given the heart, a chance to understand and weigh in, on the other side of the coin.
