Since the reason identifies before the season, it would be treason against self to ignore the many beacons in nature of how we ought to walk our days, for nothing else but the fullest of lives there can be.
Food is no alien to this model, each one with it's manual on how best to gain from it, if only we did our part and watched in scrutiny before choosing the building blocks for our precious temples.
I mean, isn't the luring purple, peach, red or orange bright colour on fruits and vegetables attracting enough to say that we should be indulging on this magical bounty as many times as can?
Isn't the tiny size of the powerful and intense herbs, nuts, seeds and spices warning enough to say they are the medicine we ought to eat but sparingly?
Doesn't the humongous nature of many carbs point to the fact that they are unifying and family friendly, so share them rather than single handedly gluton them away?
The crunch of the fibre makes it roughy and toughy enough to get the rest of the fragile food to the finish line, no?
Wait, doesn't water cover most of the Earth to fill our insatiable need for it in our temples?
Anyway, aside being God's speaker on food matters, Who am I to outline any rules? So I will just go ahead and eat my apple..
