Dead yet?..

You ate irish potatoes, still with their peels on, when you went to visit the old folks at the country side, did you die?
You drank your tea, mixed some honey that had a few sugar ants that had sneaked and suffocated up in the honey jar, did you die?
You ate food out of that fridge that was an overnight old, did you die?
You had one meal all day yesterday because you couldn't afford any other, did you die?
You ate food without salt, did you die?
You had a fruit juice instead of a mocktail, did you die?
It had been so long, you ate a slice of cheese cake instead of a slice of watermelon, did you die?

Take it easy, my friend. Stress is a murder machine, he robs the life out of you like a thief in the night so calm thyself, you are stronger than you know!
And in reality, there is no bigger blessing than to have life, nothing else is that serious.
So breathe, dust yourself up, laugh hard, scream out loud, dance passionately and be ever thankful through it all because you ain't dead yet!

EQUALLY UNEQUAL

They call it fast food, I call it a saviour on that rare day, with a quick fix when there's nothing else to eat in the scary dark hour. ...
