How about we chill a little? Take a meditation trip as the food just discovers and edifies itself. Food really does cook itself better than you can, a little starter push and it's on that safe sail to flavour land.
Why is steamed food always so flavourful? It has no distractions from our itchy fingers, being left only to focus on its sole purpose of bursting with aroma. That oily top kinda groundnut sauce doesn't need you much, that almost buttery bean stew doesn't need you much, that soft and savoury beef stew doesn't need you much. So sit tight, relax and let food do what it gotta do for you and that is to serve you the sauce!!
